Parenting for Teen Well-Being: Building Connection, Compassion, and Character (parents of 9 to 14)

This 90-minute interactive workshop offers research-based strategies to nurture connections with your teen, practical ways to strengthen relationships and methods for self-compassion. Parents will practice exercises from UC Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center's Building Bridges project with a supportive community of caregivers.

Beyond Allowance: Teaching Teens Financial Skills for Life (parents of 15 to 21)

This 90-minute interactive workshop helps parents confidently teach teens about healthy financial habits, even without being a financial expert. Using Lemonade Standers’ 4-part framework and P.R.A.C.T.I.C.E. Method™, you’ll learn simple, hands-on strategies to help your teen earn, manage, and grow money. Walk away with practical tools to make money conversations a natural, positive part of your family’s life.
