PEPS programs are designed to strengthen families, build community, and connect parents through peer-support groups.
We are excited to offer PEPS Groups in person at community sites and homes for fully vaccinated adults. We will continue to share updates on our News page and through email when there are changes.

Program fees for PEPS Groups vary and Flexible Pricing is available. If your financial situation is more complex, additional financial assistance is available. Please contact PEPS staff at registration@peps.org for details and to apply.
PEPS Programs
Newborn
Neighborhood-based groups for new parents with babies 2-20 weeks old. Groups meet in daytime groups with one parent attending (the same parent attends each week), or evening sessions with one or both parents.
PEPS Groups are offered online, in person at community sites, or in person in homes.
Second Time Around
Focuses on the newborn in a family with one or more older children. One parent attends with the newborn 2-20 weeks old in neighborhood-based groups (the same parent attends each week). PEPS Groups are offered online, in person at community sites, or in person in homes.
Baby Peppers
One parent attends with their older baby, ages 5-12 months (the same parent attends each week).
Groups are offered online or in person at community sites.
Connecting the Expecting
Birthing people, their partner, and adoptive parents can register to join groups that align with their third trimester to attend a 6-week series that will include time to share highs and lows and feature topics for discussion each week.
These Groups meet virtually.
Affinity Programs
PEPS is developing affinity programs for parents to meet and connect with families who share identities that intersect with their identity as parents, caregivers, and as a child. These Groups meet virtually.
Parents of Adolescents and Teens
PEPS has developed a program to offer facilitated peer-support groups for parents with adolescents and teens (PAT). These Groups meet virtually.
PEPS Network Groups
Network Partners offer groups to families in their region with a variety of diverse identities, needs, and communities.
Additional Programs
We also provide a variety of other events and resources that support parents.
Adjusting to Parenthood — This program is on a summer hiatus and paused until fall 2024.
Adjusting to Parenthood is a support group that offers additional support for the emotional changes and challenges of adapting to parenthood.
We offer these drop-in sessions, which are facilitated by professional therapists,
in partnership with Perinatal Support Washington. Registration is not required. These groups meet virtually.
PEPS Community Events
PEPS Community Events are for parents to continue to learn and share with others.
PEPS for Grandparents
PEPS serves involved and interested grandparents with events and lectures designed specifically for their needs.
